  The food was ok. However I found the restaurant to be dirty. This is disappointing considering it is a fairly new restaurant to Slave Lake

  Worst customer service ever. Walked in and stood waiting to be served for over 10 minutes. I counted 7 people working in the back and i was literally ignored while a big group chat what taking place. Even once i finally got served the girl took her sweet time and stopped in the back after making my blizzard to have another long chat. All while in open sight of me.

  Worst experience of all my dairy queen visits undercooked fries cold tough chicken and worst of all I ordered three chicken finger meal deals and I guess they only had two chicken fingers so they broke one in half to make it look like three so they were like little 1 inch peices guess i aint going there again

  Excellent Manager! Miscommunication at drive through today. Manager fixed it promptly. Didn't charge me for missed item. That I thought I clearly said I wanted. Ice cream at this location is amazing. I had no problem paying for a Sunday. I had expected that option for me to purchase one to be offered. It wasn't the lady at the window who could have given me the option. I would have paid. She said it wasn't her order.. Instead another person came and talked to manager. Moments later I had a free ice cream. Totally unexpected. I had totally expected to pay for it.
