  We enjoyed our stay the the hotel. Clean, good food, very helpful staff. Booked through Hotel.ca--mistake!!! They charged us $30.00 more then the hotel printout. Talked to a lady at the hotel on Tuesday, Sept.28. great help -explained what the booking agency was doing and I finally got a refund from the agency after alot of hassle. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.

  my stay at the Northwest inn was great. the staff was the best very helpful and went out of their to help. the food, chefs and the cooking staff was outstanding. i was a guest when i entered felt like family when i left . i will stay again for sure.

  Side door was hard to access as we had a lot of luggage with us...(children) F or the rest is was clean and breakfast was good.

  Its not the Ritz but its quiet, comfortable, clean and the price was right. I found the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. The restaurant is pretty good but they are often closed whenever I've stopped in for lunch.
