  In February, 2013, I had a 1:00pm appointment for a wheel alignment to my car. I drove 1.5 hrs from Wabasca to take in the car. I dropped it off and they told me it would be done about 1.5 to 2 hours. An hour and a half later they called me and told me they could not work on my car because there was "a truck" that had been sitting in the shop all morning and they needed to work on that one first. I asked them why they did not tell me this right away when I bought my car in and what was the reason for my booking an appointment. Anyway, I walked back to their shop, they handed me my keys (you would think they would at least apologize for the inconvenience..not) without a word, and I walked out. What Horrible Customer Service. I will never go there again. I wasted the day, my time and money just to go to a "supposed" pre-scheduled appointment. Such inconsiderate people..

  I've been using the guys for years for all my parts & service needs. They always have the lowest prices in town and they never try and take you for a ride on services you don't need. I'm always 100% happy and impressed with their integrity. If you do find a lower price I'm sure they would match it.
